Joshua Henry was most recently seen on Broadway as “Billy Bigelow” in Scott Rudin and Jack O’Brien’s revival of Carousel, for which he received a Tony and Grammy nomination. Prior to that, he starred as “Aaron Burr” in the smash hit Hamilton in Chicago and Los Angeles. Henry portrayed “Noble Sissle” in George C. Wolfe’s Tony-nominated musical Shuffle Along opposite Audra McDonald, and was nominated for his portrayal of “Flick” in Violet. He was previously nominated for a Tony Award for his starring role in Susan Stroman’s The Scottsboro Boys.
