University of Michigan Musical Theatre Seniors

University of Michigan Musical Theatre Seniors will present a showcase of songs they love! The performance is under the musical direction of Cynthia Kortman Westphal, an associate professor with the Department of Musical Theatre. An original company member of The Lion King, Westphal is also known for conducting the first national tour of A Christmas Story. Alumni of the University of Michigan Musical Theatre Program have been honored with Tony Awards, Academy Awards and Grammy Awards, among many others. More than 1,400 students apply for the less than 30 available slots in the program, making it one of the most sought-after and highly selective programs in the country.

First Performance: Doors open at 6 p.m., show at 6:30 p.m.

Second Performance: Doors open at 8:15 p.m., show at 8:45 p.m.
